I discovered my artistic passion early on, graduating from the State Institute of Art in Chiavari and earning the title of Master of Arts.
After a career as a technical designer and interior decorator, I decided to follow my heart and dedicate myself entirely to art. I started with watercolors, but it was in Gyotaku that I found my true artistic voice. This fascinating Japanese technique allows me to capture the essence of fish on Washi paper. Over time, I began exploring new materials such as fabrics and wood.
I live in Sestri Levante (GE) and work in Camogli, where the marine environment provides me with constant inspiration. My works reflect this deep connection with the sea.
Watch as, on the dock in Camogli, I transform Mediterranean fish into art, capturing every detail on paper with this ancient Japanese technique.

I invite you to discover my creations at my atelier ‘Fish Art Gallery’ in Camogli, located on the picturesque harbour of Golfo Paradiso (Genoa).
Entirely dedicated to the inhabitants of the sea, this gallery is unique throughout the country.

They not only adorn private collections in London, Paris, Dubai, Switzerland, Germany, Australia and the United States, but have been exhibited at the Galata Museo del Mare in Genoa, Banca Patrimoni Sella and prestigious venues on the Ligurian Riviera. Present at the 2024 Boat Show as a guest of Confindustria Nautica.

The only artist in the region to use this unique technique, Nadia Auleta has captured the interest of the press and television, earning her multiple interviews, including features on the national Rai channel.
I am not alone in this artistic adventure. With me is Raul Orvieto, landscape designer and wildlife artist, who creates extraordinary sculptures out of wood, resin and sometimes plastic waste collected along the coastline.
Together, we bring the magic of the inhabitants of the sea to life, making our gallery a truly unique place.
This synergy allows us to explore new artistic frontiers and to offer works that tell sea stories in unexpected ways.
With Waterworld, Raul Orvieto and I wanted to take you to the heart of the aquatic world through 25 works including paintings and sculptures. With the ancient technique of Gyotaku, I captured the essence of the sea, while Raul, with his sculptures, highlighted the problem of marine pollution. It has been an intense artistic journey, exhibited in national and international galleries and covered by the media.
